Dear Kosta, 

	What I might recomend is that you take the sleaves off your cowboy 
boots,carefully.  then using your old sleaves as a pattern get new leather 
and exstend the top of your old sleaves and cut the the leather acordingly.   
You can probably find a shoe repair store that will sew the whole thing up.   
I have heard of a couple of people using this method.  If you need futher
