Ack!  Egad, I totally spaced on what weekend it was!
I'm (hopefully) going to be in Ohio that week.  Dang,
I'm really sorry about that, I don't know why I didn't
put the two dates together.

Today I managed to get that Saturday off, but I am still
waiting to see if my personal days for the Friday and Sunday
get approved.  If they don't get approved, then I'll be
at the archery shoot.  If they are approved, then I'll
be in SW Ohio.
