NK - Call For Volunteers, Part 2

Now that everyone is safely back from Gulf War, once again I would like to
put out another call for volunteers. Next weekend (March 26-28) are the
Indoor Nationals at the Tulsa Convention Center. I have 9 volunteers so far
and
3 tentatives. This is an opportunity for the Barony to earn some extra money.
We need at least 11 more volunteers to help man an bow equipment check room
for the archers. The proceeds from the Bow room will be split 50/50 between
the Barony and the NFAA.

The Indoor Nationals expects to draw between 900 and 1100 archers. We
could earn anywhere from several hundred dollars to well over a thousand.
This hasn't been done it Tulsa before but has been done in Las Vegas
successfully.

The hours of operation are Friday 12 noon to 9 pm. This is a practice day
for the archers. Saturday 6am (maybe 7am) to 11 pm. This is the first day
of competition. Shooting lines start at 8am, 11, 3 pm, and 6. And Sunday
6am to 4pm. Shooting lines are at 7 am and 2 pm. I will post a more detailed
schedule of events when I get them.

I need two people to man the room at all times. It would be nice to have
a third person for peak check in/check out times. This is usually about
an hour before competition starts and right after it ends.


The hours of operation break down into three hour shifts.
