NK - E-Mail addresses.

When I first heard about this new idea for kingdom I was under the impression 
that it was not required that the officers use this new thing! If kingdom 
wants to make this mandatory then people can reach me at my private e-mail 
address. This has been discussed by most of the officers and if my memory 
serves me most of them had reservations about the loss of privacy with there 
e-mail under this new system.
