just keep asking questions, eventually you will reach enlightenment.  hehe 

you submit the name to the college of heralds along w/ your research.  there
is a submission form on the net that can be printed off.  i have several
print outs just not on me here, otherwise i would give you the web addy.
as they are volunteers, it would take awhile.  you might also wish to
contact Robert Fitzmorgan he is our temp herald until a new officer fills
that position.
