[Northkeep] Hospitaller Info

For all that took papers on Monday, I would greatly appreciate it if you
brought those fill out tonight.  If you weren't there to get one Monday,
what I am doing is gathering info to make Hospitaller and demo director
jobs easier for all.  The .doc file is available from
http://Northkeep.Ansteorra.org/hospit/hospital.html  and there is also a
.txt version too.  You can print these out, complete and bring them to me
or fill them in and e-mail them back to me as an attachment.  I currently
don't have a printer attached and would appreciate a hard copy if possible.
