[Northkeep] principality

Good Question.  I hope those who organized it can answer you.  It seems
highly unlikely 53 paid members would have had all their ballots or
whatever they used to inform people lost in the mail. I just wondered
why those who did know about it and claimed to have an opinion, chose
not to paricipate.
