[Northkeep] Filters

Ok, since I was asked...

To filter your mail will depend on your mailer, but virtually all mailers have some method of doing
this (in Eudora it's under "tools", in Netscape it's "edit -- message filters", in Hotmail it's "block
sender", and so on). Just remember to block a specific sender (you may need to do this more
than once, if you want to block more than one specific person), and not the whole group.

On the fancier ones, you can filter by something appearing in the subject line, the body, specific
senders, whatever. Generally, you will want to set the filter to transfer mail that contains that specific
name/address or subject line, whatever, to a specific folder (say, "trash"). Once you've done this,
new mail that fits those criteria will automatically be routed there.
