[Northkeep] Rattan

Alright, I have order 50 sticks of Rattan.  It will be here in the next
one to two weeks.  Hopefully it will arrive before the Wednesday Night
FP before 3 Kings.  I'll probably be taking it up to NK's fighter
practice that night if it arrives.

The price is going to be $20 a stick.  The sticks will be between 1.25
inches and 1.5 inches on average (although there might be some outside
the mean).

I keep everybody informed.
