[Northkeep] Saturday fighter practice

Greetings from the Northkeep Knight Marshal,

This Saturday's fighter practice will be NOT be held at 10:00AM.  Instead,
there will be a Northern Regional War Practice held at Woodward Park,
starting at 2PM and going till 6PM.
