[Northkeep] Baronial Polling

Your Majesty,

	First, may I repost your letter to the Baronial Website since not all members of the
Barony are on this list?

	I assume that you would prefer individual letters for each individual, or will you accept
bulk mailings of them? - or at least single envelopes with all those from single mundane
households?   I know that in our case, your request will complexly alter how my wife and I
had intended to present our responses since if we are able to attend Weisenfueuer at all,
which we hope to do, we will only be there for Saturday, as M. Talana has to work Sunday.
It would be easier to send them in a single envelope, but if you would prefer the individual
mailings, we can probably dig up the extra stamp :)

	Although I truly hope that presentable populace of Northkeep can make it out to
Weisenfueuer on Sunday morning for this, I'm reasonably certain that we aren't the only
ones who, for whatever reason, won't be able to make it out for the polling - I'm wondering
what we can do here to encourage those people who can't make it Sunday (Ian, were you
planning on having copies of the ballots at officers and populace?  I'll be happy to post
copies on-line, but I won't guarantee they will be printed off on the right color paper).

	Ma'am, will you accept them on Saturday at the event, in sealed envelopes?  This
might make it a little easier for people who aren't going to be able to make it to Cimarron
for the polling.
