Who from are glorious Barony is going to Lillie's.  We have the pavilion
arranged in the same area it has been previously.  For those of you
going for the first time.  Please make contributions to Dwen when you
see her, to help defray the cost of renting the Pavilion.  As of this
time she has put up the $600 to rent the pavilion.

This is generally what we do for meals.
 We set up a kitchen area under the pavilion, a table where we keep tea,
lemonade, and water filled round the clock.  We do a daily store run in
the afternoon getting what is needed for the next 24 hours.  We bring
grills, griddles, and gas burners.  Several ice chest.  We do use paper
plates and utensils.
  We do rolls and cereal for breakfast, sandwiches and chips for lunch,
and a variety of different meals for dinner.  I've already got burger
planned for Sat. night and steak fajita for Sunday.  Other wise will
need input into dinners.  Generally Dwen does Chicken Tretrazine (sp)
one night.  We do take food allergies and preferences into consideration
when possible.
We take the total of what was bought and divide it between the people
participating and that is the cost for 24 hours, 3 meals.   Generally
runs 4-8 dollars a day per person.  Small children less than 12 years
eat free.
We get volunteers to do water runs, help pick up around the pavilion,
cook, and clean.
 If needed call me, Mercedes, Dwen, or Dirglion with any questions or
concerns.

Due to change in where they are putting food merchants this year, we're
not sure exactly how much room we will have around the pavilion for
camping.
