[Northkeep] A possible solution

Vivat Tamberlin!!

I agree with her sentiments 100%.

There are people in the Barony who I consider really
good friends-- but that is really more because of life
giving me more reason to see that person a lot more
than at just SCA. (okay, or 16hrs in a car going to a
week long event and then sharing a watery tent and
then a 20hr drive home<<grin>>)

But seriously-- I think that this goes back to the
revel thing. I know that there are some people out
there that don't want to do this. They may actually
not really have the idea of the Barony being a big
happy family, and that's OKAY! But I know that I for
one would really like to have more contact with and
the opportunity to become better friends with others
in the group. I say opportunity to become friends
because as we get to know each other more that of
course doesn't mean that we will defiantly become
friendlier, we'll just know each other better.

I know that the schedule is very full. I know that
there are a lot of events in the North. I was just
looking over the event calendar and I think that there
is room for a Friday or Sat. night *thing* every month
for the next 4 months. What says everyone??
