[Northkeep] Next Crown Tourney Planning Meeting

The next populace-wide planning meeting for Crown Tourney will be the
evening of March 27, a Thursday night, beginning at 7:30 PM.  It will be
hosted at the home of Lady Anora de Bardolph (Anawyn) and her husband
(Egswyth Bacon).  Directions available later but I wanted people to have
the date and be able to plan ahead.  This is the Thursday between
officers' meeting and populace in March.
