first , i'm not shouting, just getting the letters big enough to read easily, if you prefer this size font , i can change to it instead.
when chatting began many years ago, you were correct that all caps meant yelling ...
however in the modern world ,with almost any modern e-mail program , you may now yell more efficiently...
as in...
now i'm yelling !!!!

as to the discount aspect, sorry not as long as it is listed as a " non member surcharge "
