[Northkeep] Request for KASMAT

As the decorator for the Social Hall at KASMAT, I am requesting that anyone who 
would like to offer their personal banners, take them to your populas meeting.  
Elizabetta af Isafjord has offered to take them to site friday night so that my 
crew can use them.  I would strive to return said item to thier rightful place
