[Northkeep] Due Tell

The local group puts on two regular events, and one regular local  
demo-event.  The first one is Castellan, about which see here:

The second is Winterkingdom (aka wInterkingdom), which is a collegium event, 
with lots of classes.

The local thing is called Dionadair (pronounced Jin-A-der ) , which has 
folded the Ensign tournament into it.

These last two were set up as a fun/low stress/show off event for the local 
group, which we use as a demo for the city as well.

Other regularly held things are our fighter practices, where lots of the 
populace are known to gather, once a month needleworkers meeting, scribal 
meetings, heraldic thingies, archery and whatever else I'm forgetting.

Starting back up in a few weeks will be shoemaking, which is not an official 
SCA thing, but the local group has been nice enough to sponsor anyway.

BTW, if you notice that the list is quieter this week, it's because most of 
the group has gone off to to the ass end of nowhere (Meridies or Trimeris or 
someplace) for Gulf Wars -- whatever, they seem to enjoy it, and that's what 
counts.
