Please forgive the size of the post.

I know I've posted stuff before and some have applied without hearing
from the company. All I can say is I'm sorry and I don't have any
control over that dept. That being said. I'd like to at least try and
get this to those who many be looking for employment or who may know
someone looking for employment.

If someone doesn't quite have the qual's asked for (particularly
experience with sim's.), they should go ahead and submit something. If
you know a lot about aircraft and aircraft systems but not a lot about
electronics, etc. Go ahead and submit. In many ways we can take an
airplane geek and turn him into a software engineer faster than taking a
software engineer and turning him into someone who knows something about
airplanes.

If they want some general info about the company and what we do, have
them write me and I'll try to answer their questions.

Anything above the **** may require _extensive_ travel (believe me),
some of it being international travel. Most of the stuff below the ****
is machinists, & clerical requiring little to no aircraft knowledge at
all.
