[Northkeep] raper practice cancelled 11/08/05

We're in the process of securing the library for rapier practice VERY 
SOON!!! The application process we're having to go through this year is a 
pain, so we're still waiting to hear word on it.

Oh, and off topic, Johan Von Aue will be deploying on 11/15/2005 and we are 
having a little informal gathering at Gypsy Coffeeshop on Thursday at about
