[Northkeep] Newcomers and meeting

Fortunately for me, I was brought in under the wing of a seasoned member who
knew the ins and outs of the SCA. I'm STILL learning the locations and
stations of all the different groups in the Kingdom and still not getting it
right! I need an "SCA For Dummies" book badly.

Unfortunately for my newcomer, he has been having to take a crash course and
learn from the people who have approached him (thanks to Ian, Kelandra and
Faolyn). He knows enough now to get by but there are still a lot of things,
like entering A&S and how an actual court is run and how to behave in front
of representatives of the crown, that need to be instructed in that I'm not
sure of myself.

But I agree whole heartedly with the person who made the statement about yet
ANOTHER day of the week that needs to be cleared for an SCA meeting. Rapier
and Archery alone takes up a lot of time.
