[Northkeep] inventory question?

greetings 

since i already have plans for part of the 12th , can i drop the stuff off early , and pick it up later , during the revel ??
we're talking 50 lb archery butte, + stand , arrows,targets, safety poles, safety rope , and some files .
cian's car wont hold it all .
any other ideas ??
they will need the stuff the next day for practice .
