[Northkeep] Recipe

I leave the rind on, but then I like the stronger flavor.  It's a "to taste"
thing.

What I do is soften everything in the microwave first, then blend it
together with the food processor.  Add to a pan and stick it under th
broiler until it bubbles.  Less chance of seperation that way, but you can
always give it a nice whisk after it's cooked if it is separating.
