[Northkeep] Recipe

I've done it both ways. For the handfasting I brought it to, I did NOT trim
it, if that helps. It takes a little longer to melt, but it's worth it, to
me. I use 1 part butter, 1 part cream cheese, 1/2ish part brie...since
butter and cream cheese are available by the pound, and brie by the 7oz,
that's what I use. It is best if you cut everything up before you throw it
in what ever pot you are melting it in. I've used crock pots, turkey
roasters, fondue pot (never again--took WAY too long), and a pot on the
stove. For an extra goodiness, place the goo that's come together in a
casserole, and broil it for a few minutes for some crispy cheesy goodness.
