[Northkeep] Hall Decoration

And Again a great crew has stepped forward to assist with Hall decoration. The hall will be clear after 4:30(perhaps before) so we may begin formal decoration anytime after that, banners and such can be started on anytime through the day. Those I have signed up so far are:
