Hello, good peoples.  I have good news!  I did not retear the shoulder and begin physical therapy next week, with the help of Lortabs.  Thank the gods!  I do have arthritis in the right shoulder and knees, so I'll be missing fighter practice and events when it's cold, but I will be seeing you all very soon, and I can't wait!  I have missed you all.
