[Northkeep] Populace

Hello everyone. I don't think I'll be making it to Populace tonight
either because of the same prior engagements. Hope everyone has a
great night.

Things are slow in the Heavy fighting area due to the weather. It
actually looks like there will be snow and sleet tomorrow so practice
is most likely off yet again. Centurion Angus Gunn had spoke of War
Practices in Mooneschadowe on Sundays and I think that would be a
great way for us to get prepared for Gulf Wars.
