So it looks like Ludo will be hosting a "How to make blackberry jam: From the vine to the jar" As I told Zubeydah, blackberries should be in season in a couple of weeks. I used to help my mom make jam out of them. I know of lots of places to pick them near Grand Lake. (bout 1.5hr from Tulsa) If you know anyone with cow pasture I bet they would let you pick if they have any blackberries on their property. I can borrow all of the stuff to make the jam and jar it. And if that many people are interested, I can find a kitchen large enough to host a teaching session. I will research this further and post to the list when I have a more concrete plan.
