[Northkeep] Grub and garb??? Halloween???

Were you offering this IN ADDITION to the apparent plans to dress in 
alternate costume at Grub & Garb on Wednesday?

Not complaining, just asking for clarification. I like the idea, and 
think early Egyptian, Minoan court, and pre-1600 Polynesian are all 
wonderful ideas.

If people would like to make Next Monday Nights Populace meeting a 
changling sort of costumed event then lets do it.
