[Northkeep] On "Fighter Support" for Fair of the Harvest

Zubeydah...remember that it won't be "Fair of the Harvest" this year.
It will be a joint event with Skorragardr this year with Baron Ian and
Baroness Kelandra stepping down.  There will be Royalty present and we
need to make a really impressive show and no, a name for the event hasn't been 
decided yet.  For those with inquiring minds...it will be Halloween weekend.
It's to be hoped that the combined efforts of Chemin Noir/Northkeep and
Skorragardr/Namron will make for a memorable event!
