To all members of the Baronial Guard ! First I will be stepping down as the Captain of the Baronial Guard at Castellan this year. Secondly Due to conditions beyond my control I will not be able to make Gulf Wars this year, I have made arrangements for the halberds and extra taberds to be there and I 'm sure that Their Excellencies will have no trouble finding escorts when They need them. And lastly on a more somber note there have been some members of the Guard whom have not preformed any Baronial Guard duties in some cases over a year, Starting next month at Populace there will be a sign up sheet for Castellan Guard duties ! Their Excellencies have requested escorts so the shifts will be as follows starting at 9:00 - 10:30, 10:30 - 12:00, 12:00 - 1:30, 1:30 - 3:00, 3:00 - 4:30 . I will be deciding who will be standing at Court Sat. night as that is a privilege you earn by doing other duties. So if you fight heavy I recommend you sign up for later in
 the afternoon,And like wise if you fight light sign up for an earlier shift. Any member who has not served in the last 6 - 7 months and does not serve at Castellan Will be removed from the active roster. If You can't make it to Castellen You need to call me and convince me that you want and deserve to remain on the active roster.
