After a conversations at red tape it was decided that Chemin Noir would need 
to hold its event the last weekend of October. This would mean two 
things...one that the event would be shared with Skarragard...and two for 
the first time ever that event would be attended by the crown. We had hoped 
to speak with people in Chemin Noir about this \but since it was the only 
weekend that the future crown had open on their schedule, the decision was 
made.
