[Northkeep] Important Baronial Announcement

As Chronicler, I ask that all letters and/or pictures that are to be
included in the this month's Saga be sent to me no later than noon on
Thursday, June 25th.  I will be out of town the following weekend and will
not have the opportunity to build a 'late' Saga.
