[Northkeep] VFW demo

having stupidly screwed myself on thur , i will be unable to attend the demo 
either.
i will update on monday after doctor visit .

stay hydrated , try to stay in the shade, and have fun , people enjoy seeing 
others have fun and want to come join in the fun themselves ; )
