Greetings

You might keep the idea of informal children's classes in your 
minds for Fighter Practices.  You could even stretch the class
out for several practices.  Could even award "completion of
course or project" scrolls for attendance at all of a certain course.
Ideas:  Children's Heraldry-Simple shield design plus learning the
heraldic names of the colors.  Coloring blank pages of different
things that go into shield designs for very young ones.
Oh, I bet you could come up with a lot of things!
