[Northkeep] US-64 just before Cleveland

GG just called to let me know that US-64 into Cleveland is a disater
due to construction.  She said the drive from the turn off into town
took 30 minutes so people may wish to plan accordingly.  After
Cleveland it clears up but there are two choke points.  One choke
point is along Feyodi Creek Park and the other is the bridge just
before town which is down to one lane.
