[Northkeep] Northern Regional Army (Gulf War Numbers)

Greetings,
His Highness has asked me, his humble servant to gather information
concerning His most beloved Northern Army.  Under my command.  I seek
information concerning numbers of troops under individual command be it
Barony, Province, Shire, Household, Company, etc.. I realize these numbers
are not definate, but we need an idea of numbers.  This information will be
very useful to His Highness, as well as His Generals.  I know our war with
Trimaris seems distant, but we need this information as soon as possible.
Please do not make the Prince wait (unless you wanna feel his wrath! :)  I
know I don't!!
