[Northkeep] EEBO - Early English Books Online

[Emily Minier]

Does anyone know of a Library with access to the EEBO that would allow
someone 'off the street' (namely me) to peruse a book there?  The site
doesn't give 'trial' licenses to individuals and I'm not a library...
