Turkish food cooking classes will be held on Saturday, February 20 and 27 at
4 p.m. at Turkish House in Tulsa.

The menu for this week is:

Mushroom Casserole
Zucchini Burger
Turkish noodle with lamb

The menu for the class on February 27th is:

Moussakka with Eggplant
Rice with noddles
Cacik (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cac%C4%B1k) (yogurt with cucumbers)
Fruit Parfait
