[Northkeep] Boyscout Demo *important..response required*

The Boyscout demo will be Saturday March 6th. All going will need to
be there by 4:oo PM. They have graciously offered free dinner at their
banquet for those participating in the demo. HOWEVER... We MUST send a
list of all who plan to be there for dinner so that they can plan. If
you plan to go, please send me an email so I can get your name on the
list. If your name is not on the list, you will not be able to eat
dinner. I will need to know who is going by THIS Saturday the 27th! If
you do plan to eat, bring your feast gear so we can show them how we
feast. I understand that BBQ is the menu.

 The kids are really looking forward to this. They have been making
paper armor and practicing a skit for us. This ceremony is the
graduation of Cubs to Scouts, so it is an important event for them. We
have the opportunity to make it very special! I will be posting
directions soon. We need Artisans, fighters, all the standard demo
stuff.

If anyone has cd's with period style songs, they are looking for music
to have during feast. If you dont have music but know of some artists,
the Scout Master would like a list so he can find the music.
