[Northkeep] Historical question...

There is one already. http://historian.ansteorra.org/wiki

Anyone is more than welcome to add to it.  I strongly encourage it.
Northkeep already has one of the better areas on the wiki thanks to
Dairmaid, Zubaduh and others.  Each entry has a discussion area available to
discuss and resolve questions and differing memories.
