[Northkeep] Sad news for our Barony again

[Susan O'Neal]

Tony's passing reminds me of how one person can touch the lives of so
many beyond those they knew personally.  I never knew him, but
appreciate all his many efforts towards the formation of Northkeep.
May much peace come to all of those who loved him.
