[Northkeep] Populace/ membership drawing

We will be drawing for the membership at populace tomorrow. I will be there
early to sell more tickets before we draw. Many tickets were donated so if
you need a personal membership or you need a family please email me so we
can get a list going. In the event that we draw a donated ticket we will
then draw from a list of names for people who need memberships. See you at
