[Northkeep] Young gamers

Our young adult come from a culture were they are encouraged not to anything unless they are told to do it. 
This isn't a Northkeep problem this is an American  problem. I have read reports from industry about how the younger  American worker can not sweep without supervision.
We need to not assume everyone understands what is being said.
