 From Her Excellency's post.  Is this correct? I asked my husband and he 
said he didn't think there were actually any laws requiring a group to 
have an official fighters' practice.  I'm fairly certain there have been 
some very small groups that haven't had them, but is it required of a 
Barony?  Does anyone know?
