[Northkeep] Fighter practice

Arthur, this is retarded and doesn't help. Obviously the folks who deal with
the fighter practice have noticed that a group of people who consistantly
show up to use the facility aren't "paying troll" which is the clean up of
the facility. I've seen folks come all the way from OKC and beyond and they
stay and help clean up even tho it's not "their" home group or facility but
are rather "guests". The folks they are referring to  are not guests but
rather are regulars who think they can come play for free and not do what
they are asked to do when it comes time to clean up. Someone is holding them
accountable and honestly, after some of the comments about the "cleanliness"
of the missile range after practices when you weren't there, do you blame
them?
