[Northkeep] ot - schools ??

greetings 

it is now official, i start school on 3 jan 2013.
from their website, it appears that i can get credit hours at either t.u. or osu-it.
since i plan on trying to get as high a degree as i can afford ( grants ).
i know that we have lots of people that have gone to, or work at , many different schools, so, my questions are :
1: which diploma has more " prestige " as far as getting a good paying job ?
2: which school is more expensive ?
3: which school has more red tape ?
4 : what is the atmosphere at both schools ?

i probably don't know enough yet to ask the correct questions, but figure this should point me in the right direction : )
