[Northkeep] Guard Meeting

Greetings to the members of the Northkeep Baronial Guard,

We would like to have a guard meeting Friday 01/27/12 at the event site 
starting at 7 promply.  We will be discussing security for the event, 
duties for Saturday and potential new members. At least one autocrat 
will be present to assist with he security issues and questions.  We 
wish to keep this meeting as short as possible so we can assist with 
site setup, so if you have any suggestions for new members or issues to 
discuss please have them fresh in your mind upon attending the meeting.
