According to the event schedule the vendor room is open at 10am to the
special pass holders and 11am for the general pass holders. The vendor room
stays open till 7pm on Saturday and 5pm on Sunday.  If we broke the hours
of each days up into shifts then it might be more bearable for people who
want to attend and participate in the demo.
