[Northkeep] missile practice cancelled

greetings 

well i cut my trip short , so that i could be here for missile practice, but mother nature had different plans.
the temp outside is 26 deg f. ,the forcast hight temp is only supposed to be in the 30's , 
 at that temp both the equipment and the people damage more easily.
so to prevent either from getting damaged , i do hereby cancell missile practice for today 24mar13
