[Northkeep] Potable water tank.

I have a 30 gallon RV water tank looking for someone who might use it.  
It a cube with four threaded ports for fill and empty.  We had it in our 
gypsy wagon that we use for SCA events but filling it was more trouble 
than it was generally worth so during this years refurb I've removed it 
and don't want to store it.
